Dumb Son keep it fun and keep it simple. Their indie tastes are informed by sounds like Rex Orange County, Ball Park Music and The Strokes, with upbeat guitar tunes and a peppering of saxophone for extra flavour. Their mission in music is for everyone to take one step closer to the stage so we can avoid that awkward gap at the front of the crowd thing that happens.

Grown from the golden plains of regional Victoria, the rolling hills of NSW and far reaches of South Africa, AUNTY BLUE are launching heart-first into Melbourne’s independent music scene. Their debut single “Dylan” has warmed the hearts of many and is the first track to be released from their much anticipated EP. Aunty Blue has emerged with the gangly limbs of an awkward teenager but the heart of your sweet old neighbour and her Maltese poodle.
