Kick off the first weekend of Spring at the Post Office Hotel with the Skabhangers, who’ll be performng a two-set show of original tunes and classics from the sound of 1960s Jamaican ska – the Skatalites, Don Drummond, Jackie Mittoo and more! With cheeky lyrics on modern life in Melbourne and a taste of improvised jazz, the Skabhangers are a new young act gaining a reputation among the local ska scene for their dynamic live shows. Highlights for 2022 so far have been their performance at the Jamaican Music & Food Festival and taking home 2nd prize in PBS FM’s February Performer Drive!
